Our jewelry is produced to rigorous quality standards and comes with a full guarantee for your peace of mind.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively. This includes:

  • Problems with bathing: The bathwater peeled or darkened quickly.
  • Problems with the stone setting: The stones are loosely set.
  • Problems with the clasps: The clasp is not working properly.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty is not valid for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Aimer Joias does not cover:

  • Broken, dented, scratched, or damaged parts.
  • Parts damaged by contact with chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, pool chlorine, or cleaning products.
  • Loss of stones or screw threads.
  • Natural wear and tear of clasps and rings.

How does the warranty process work?

1. Contact us: Send an email to comercial@aimerjoias.com or a message to our WhatsApp (41) 99127-4037 with your order number, CPF or invoice number.

2. Product shipment: After our approval, we will send you a return shipping label so you can ship the item back from any post office, free of charge.

3. Evaluation and repair: The piece will be analyzed by our factory. If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair it free of charge and return the jewelry to you.

Repairs after the warranty period

Was your part damaged after the 6-month warranty period? Don't worry! We are one of the few companies that offer repair services at our factory.

  • In this case, only the cost of the repair and shipping will be charged.
  • Contact us to learn more about costs and turnaround times.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Are the stones in the jewelry guaranteed? Yes, our 6-month guarantee covers loose setting issues that lead to stone loss. However, stone loss caused by misuse, such as impacts or drops, is not covered.
  • If I have a problem, is the shipping cost my responsibility? No. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we provide a return shipping label and the shipping cost for the repair is our responsibility.
  • Can I request a new piece of jewelry instead of having it repaired? If the defect cannot be repaired, Aimer Joias reserves the right to offer a credit or replace the product with a similar one.
